When a claim meets scrutiny
A litigator’s standard of proof.
Every material position needs a record behind it. My litigation practice informs how I draft policies, regulatory submissions and investor-facing documents.

01 / A working conviction
The law needs a seat at the design table. I work alongside the people building technology, translating obligations into controls, records and decisions they can stand behind.
02 / Areas of practice
Accountability designed into the AI lifecycle.
Privacy obligations translated into operational controls.
Governance for the most sensitive information.
Regulatory pathways, rights and the substance behind a token.
Data location, legal reach and demonstrable control.
Structure, licence and transact across legal systems.
A position supported by a record that withstands scrutiny.
Financing documents and diligence-ready records.
Protect the invention, the work and the rights behind the business.
Structure ownership, control and governance around a clear purpose.
Map the activity, prepare the application and build the controls.
03 / The working difference
Policy suites. Governance frameworks. Financing documents. Submissions. Work that stays useful after the meeting.
When a claim meets scrutiny
Every material position needs a record behind it. My litigation practice informs how I draft policies, regulatory submissions and investor-facing documents.
When the policy meets the product
I read architecture diagrams with the attention I give contracts. The questions concern data flows, access, retention and the decisions a system makes possible.
When the venture crosses borders
India, Alberta and the UAE/GCC have shaped my practice. I test the legal assumptions in each market and coordinate locally licensed counsel where required.
04 / The enterprise trust stack
A policy is the beginning of a commitment. Architecture implements it. Evidence makes it checkable. Accountability gives it an owner.
Explore my approachState the commitments and the obligations behind them.
Build those commitments into systems and decisions.
Keep records that show how the controls operate.
Name the people responsible for the system and its review.
05 / How I work
Counsel who stays.
An ongoing relationship close to leadership, product and engineering. I help carry governance through the decisions and changes of an operating venture.
